    32-ureportU-Report is a free tool for community participation and reporting. Once a U-Reporter has followed @UReportGlobal on Twitter, polls and alerts are sent via Direct Message and real-time responses are collected and mapped on the site. Results and ideas are shared back with the community. Issues polled include health, education, water, sanitation and hygiene, youth unemployment, HIV/AIDS, disease outbreaks and anything else people want to discuss.

  • Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) stigma and discrimination reporting portal (Ghana)

    27-ghana-reportingAny person who believes he/she has experienced discrimination on the basis of HIV status, gender identity or sexual orientation may report an incident through the CHRAJ stigma and discrimination reporting portal. They can submit an online form, report in person, or report using SMS (though the limited information carried by SMS requires CHRAJ staff to call, text, or request an in-person interview with the client to process a complaint.)

This UNAIDS-supported mobile phone app is being used in the Asia-Pacific region to allow the community to identify HIV prevention and treatment programmes, monitor stocks of ARV, condom and lubricants, needles and syringes, methadone, and to report incidents of stigma and discrimination. The app also enables groups to provide feedback on the equality of those services.
